Geology   EXPLORATION DRILLING   PT. BIB has been expanding more proven reserve by running development and infill drill in Batulaki, Sebamban, Kusan and Girimulya. More than 14 drill units are running parallel during 2008, covering 9,604 Ha of its area.         MINE GEOLOGY   As a growing company, BIB committed to professionally process reliable data using well known geological software--Minescape from Mincom in input & validates data, produce Geological Model and also run Evaluation works. Strengthen by more than 14 professional geologists, from fresh graduates to managerial ones, developed and committed to give their best performance       GRADE CONTROL   Operational in pit also supported by Geologist in grade controlling mine practice. Pre and post coal mining are tightly supervised in BIB site to ensure coal quality and quantity meets the target.       GEOTECHNICAL   Mine slope safety, monitoring program and regular inspection & audit, are continuously implemented in BIB pit, strengthen by efforts to socialize geotechnical awareness and develop trainings to mining employees
